+ the arms are quite stiff but i am taking into account that the product is new and will loosen in time

- the screws it came with to screw to the wall were very small and i did not feel conifdent to use so i went out and brought replacement ones

+ Easy installation and wide range of angles and tilts and very easy to move to your required position.

- None really. When arm movement is out to full streach, be careful folding the double arm movement back and be patient. At the end of the day only 3 screws holding a 32" lcd to the wall.

+ The range of movement is excellent; allowing you to position the screen in exactly the right place. The arms accommodate the cables which is a nice touch.

- The installation instructions are in picture form and easy to follow but nowhere nearly detailed enough. The bracket comes with two fixing plates but the instructions are not clear that only one or the other is needed. The bracket is not good for regular movement as the screen can rotate from one extreme to the other. The plastic fittings do not fit very well and pop-out all too easily.

- Hard to have the TV level when extended out - no left to right adjustment only up and down.

- Wall fixing bolts did not seem good enough to hold a plasma with confidence

+ Sturdy Bracket, Fixes easily to the wall and confidently holds the TV in whatever position required and then the TV can be moved back against the wall when not required, giving extra space. Ideal for a bedroom.

- Is quite stiff to move around.

+ The general range of movement is excellent and its easy to put together.

- The installation instructions are just pictoral and rubbish!
There are loads of screws and bolts provided, but non to go into the wall! Get at least 4 inch screws.
The small fixing plate that you put the 3 main screws into just sits on the frame, it should there should be a ridge to hold it in place. Also the plate should have holes that are countersunk for the screws.
This sonds like a lot, but its all a little picky as long as you have big enough screws.
