the phone i think is basic and is ideal for 1st time user or possible a young child all the features on the phone are good
-
to me the only bad point is that the phone doesn't have bluetooth or infred which would make the phone better enabling it to have more ringtones put onto the phone.

Neat without being so small you need a magnifying glass to use it. I like the fold down screen so that when it's closed, it's off - no chance of it turning on and ringing someone when it's in my bag.

The clock display isn't visible on the outside of the phone: you have to open it to see the time. Likewise when you receive a call you have to open it to see who is calling.

Phone looks really good and is a brilliant basic model for calling and texting. Perfect for my daily needs.
Very good price and fairly easy to navigate if you've had a Motorola before.
-
Not being able to see who's calling you when the phone is shut. I'm used to having a display on the front of the phone that tells you who's ringing.
Some of the 'back' and 'select' functions are the opposite way round from my previous phone which was also a Motorola.
The predictive text function is a bit awkward to get used to. Must be an older version.

The fact that the phone has a "lid" to cover and protect keys is a great advantage. Not only keeps keypad clean but prevents accidentally calling numbers (which has happened to me on other phones when key lock not used).
It is impact, slips easily into a back trouser pocket and is easy to use.

Camera really bad. Tried to down load pictures I'd taken and the quality was terrible. Graphics not very good either. I'm a big fan of motorola, had a Razor v3. The battery died on me after about four years. So was a bit disappointed that this wasn't as good.
