Unlockable exterior keys which can turn ring to low just by normal jostling in bag or pocket. Runs out of battery quicker than my last phone which was 5 years old. Much more difficult to use than a Nokia.

In spite of the compact size, the screen is easy to read. Navigation between menus is very straightforward. The adaptive text function is probably the best I have even used and very well programmed as it learns from the user's input rather than having it's own 'ideas'!!
-
Battery life is maybe a little shorter than ideal but again the device is very compact and there has to be a finite limit to charge capacity, relative to size. Oddly, signal strength seems to be slightly down at times compared to other Motorola phones.
