+ I've always been a person who needs to call people & text them - never been a great one to get into the in depth stuff! Its a great phone which does just this... I can hear people clearly, and the buttons are big enough for me to text quickly. I prefer the pre-emtive text by Motorola which is partly why I chose this phone. I've got a memory card and am even using it instead of my ipod sometimes! I read up that the were problems with battery life, but either I don't talk enough/ use it enough or they use it shed-loads! It tends to last me about 4 days...
- I've compared my phone to friends and I have to say their camera is better. But personally, I just use my camera if I really want a good picture!

+ The phone does look very sleek, that is what attracted me to the phone in the first place. I love the big screen inside and on the outside of the phone....It does make the phone look attractive. I also love the feature that allows you to watch videos, view pictures and listen to music on the screen on the front of the phone. You can navigate these features without having to flip the phone open. I alos love the feature which allows you to view received messages again from the screen on the front of the phone.
- The battery life is terrible. I charged the phone for 8 hours prior to first using it and turning it on. And now i have to charge it everyday because there is either one bar or the red flashing bar on the battery meter. I now have to have a handbag big enough to carry my charger around with me!! The phone has a tendancy of connecting to the internet whilst in my pocket or in my bag...which costs me money everytime it connects! Eventhough it has an external lock!!!!!! It tends to crash! I have never dropped it and am very careful however it could be in the middle of doing something when it freezes and i have to turn it off then turn it on again! very annoying!

- the battery life is poor and the phone itself freezes usually in mid phone call.i have two of these phones and they both have the same fault.due to this i would not recomend this phone to a friend.

- Battery life is terrible

+ Excellent design from motorola. as ever, good use of materials, very classy and top quality feel. Vibrating keys nice.
- SD card slot not easily accesible. You have to open the back cover for that, and there is no latch for it, just a strong push is all you need. Everytime you do it, it feels as if its going to break. No software/ drivers provided, you have to buy it apparently!!
