+ I love this phone. It is beautiful, easy to use, clear screen, camera good. LOVE IT

- BATTERY BATTERY BATTERY
Because of the battery life, it is difficult to use bluetooth, email or anything other than phone or camera. ALSO because the new charger has a different element, I have to carry the charger around with me to and from work - on the old Motorola the charger was the same as for SatNav and one or two other things and so someone always had one.

+ Fits nicely in bag or pocket. Easy to read.

- Battery does not last as long as my previous phone. It would be nice if it came with a car charger.

+ The phone looks great and takes great photos during daylight or in bright light areas. It's also got a good video recording function.

- The keypad gets stuck all the time and double enters digits and letters, which makes texting and using the phone a right pain. The battery life is not that great and the predicta text function on this phone is just awful. Sony and Nokia have a much better set up. Also the ringtone profile setup function is too complicated for such an easy task.

+ Smart cool and slim and a flip phone - which always look cooler than boring slide or just press phones

- Needs better software and added features for those that like features - I myself find everything I want on it

+ Lovely design and easy to use. I certainly prefer a flip-top design to sliders or other models with exposed buttons. It has a good screen size and pixels. sound is excellent. Although I haven't explored all the features, (e.g. music) those I do use are fine. I can also say that I like this phone so much I bought another one for my mother who loves it!

- definitely the battery life, especially compared with other motorola models I have had before. Som of the navigating within the text messages is cumbersome - in that you are obliged to come right out of messages to get to others. Again, a previous Motorola model enabled you to switch back and forward in your messages more easily. Also Quite expensive compared to some other similar-looking models on the market.

+ I love this motorola phone - the keys are big enough to use without having to use your thumb nail to key in. The phone 'beeps' to inform you of a missed call or text message. The ring tones are loud enough that you dont have to strain to hear when the phone is in your pocket or handbag. Because it is a flip, theres no danger of making a call by mistake. The instructions are clear, the phone navigation easy. The phone looks good, the camera is great and again easy to use. I would recommend this phone to all.

- Although the battery life isnt bad I need to charge every other of day or so - but maybe its because I use my phone to the max.... I love it!

- I have had lots of problems synchronising this phone with my laptop. It initially caused my laptop to crash (blue screens), and after reinstalling the software can not get it to synchonise with Windows Media.

+ Ability to deal with texts without opening the flip. Overall design and ease of navigation.

- Bit big, battery life coiuld be better.

- keypad is dreadful - keys don't work when you press them, then they go twice, or they press the one next door... drives you nuts, takes 5 times longer than it should to use each time.

- I have always had motorola phones and found them fairly easy to use. The text system I found a nightmare and it took me weeks to send one. It kept slipping into predicted texting which I could not stop. I find it far harder to find the options I need. Although the phone looks good I have been very disappointed

- it gets very smeary and greasy which make it look unattractive.

- battery life is very poor. I seem to be charging every 3 - 4 days even though I would say I am a light user of the phone. My last phone which was very old lasted at least 1 - 1.5 weeks at a time

+ The battery life on this phone is good, I can go 4 days without needing t charge it. Thats always going to depend on how often you use your phone. It display is clear and videos and music play with good sound and vision quality.

- The navigation is somewhat confusing, especially the profiles section and the personalisation of ringtone and themes.

- Cannot tell what time I received a particular call (useful for missed calls) & shows annoying message to say that 'a message has been received' when a text arrives.

- Coating has worn of one of the external buttons.

+ the product is good itself its just like any other phone but the camera is of good quality and text messaging is good in the fact that it shows whats been sent and you can retry to send a text if it has not sent 1st time.

- the key pad is very stiff when writing a text message i have to press the button 3 or 4 times to get the letter up or sometimes i just press it once and 2 of the same letters come up. Sometimes it does not do what i want it to writng a text wise!

- Gloss finish is easily damaged. Can't find a decent ring tone (justa normal ring). Menus are not very intuitive.

+ nice colour, looks good and the pictures you take are clear

- too chunky, key pad design bad too easy to press the wrong button and also over type on the button you are pressing(too sensitive), poor ringtones as default, poor images as default, blue tooth function hard to use, when setting a screensaver and wallpaper the phone uses the wall paper images as both regardless to what image you choose as screensaver.

- The only bad thing really is that after a while it seems that the top bit of the phone (the bit with the screen) gets a bit loose.

- You`ll be charging it every day , whatever use. Thats fine for me but a similar L G i have goes for three to four days with similar use

+ It is small enough, when folded, to be compact and convenient but when it is open it is a proper phone size and not irritatingly small like most other phones.

- Very poor signal

+ It's quite a hardy little phone with an iconic design. Still working well after 1 year.

- Not very user-friendly - my last few phones have been Nokias and I found that this phone was quite hard to adjust to. I am still deleting texts half way through writing them by pressing wrong keys and spend ages trying to find photos and alarm clocks, etc.
