+ Lightweight and compact but at no compromise to performance. I have laminate flooring throughout the house and it cleans quickly and efficiently. Also, easy to pick up and use for cobwebs as is nice and light. Tools well designed and quick to change, casing is of sturdy robust plastic and dust container is easy to empty. Very impressed.
- Would have liked a slightly longer cable, but can work around that.

+ I purchased this vacuum cleaner for my elderly mother to use, she finds it's light weight & easy to empty, she is very happy with it!
- the storage attachment for the tools fits on to the pipe,and gets in the way a bit, one of the tools has gone missing as it came off in the cupboard.
