The head doesn't click in, so is not ideal - if not pushed in far enough it just falls off.

- Bigger than I thought. My husband described it as the Skoda of hoovers. (And we have a Skoda!)

+ Excellent suction and pick up, plenty of tools, picks up pet hair on economy settings. Don't need to use most powerful setting - it lifts the carpet! Very easy to empty and large capacity cylinder means it needs emptying much less frequently than most other vacuums.
- Heavy to carry and would prefer if wheels could swivel making it easier to go around corners.
