This time it has better color & material in the body: sleekish, cleanish, robotic, ready-set use image EXCELLENT performance, smooth movement like it's following me wherever I go like a dog. Quite'ish. Like the Eco switch-option. Reliable & reassuring anti-allergies vac that suits my budget & lifestyle. Thanks for caring & saving my life!

- The hose becomes soft, kind of wear'n'tear feeling several years later but may not have affected performance. SUGGESTION: How about having the hose/nozzle in any enlightening-color than boring-black! AND can it be made (1) smaller size body (2) folding hose for effective storage (3) good idea to have a jazzy/picturesque cover-bag for those with limited storage space. Any chance, please?

+ Lighter than my previous Morphy Richards cylinder cleaner and a longer flex too. Having sunction strength control is a great asset and makes upholstery cleaning easy. Telescopic metal tube, makes storage easier. Machine glides easily over carpets and hard flooring for ease of use.

+ great for hardwood vacuuming, but make sure you put it on the hardwood setting or it may scratch the surface. picks up pet hair really well. moves well and is fairly light.

+ The product is easy to use and very effective. It is light in weight and therefore easy to carry up and down stairs. The nozzle holder at the back is great to minimise on storage.

+ easily manoevreable - I am 70 and have Polymyalgia Rheumatica but I find this cleaner very comfortable to use. It picks up well, is light enough for me to carry about, takes up very little room in storage, very good value for money. It's also particularly good for curtains and upholstery.

- We have carpeting for a wheelchair user, i.e. it has no pile and is glued to the floor. The cleaner is rather hard to use on this, it has to be set quite low, with the air vents open. I was also rather dismayed to find out how pricy the replacement bas and filters are. I think this might have been mentioned before one was committed to purchase.
