+ great for using the web on your computer on the go.

- you do need to register with tmobile on line to recieve a pin so that you are able to log into site such as facebook.

+ easy to setup

- looks like a brick

+ When I was in an are with a good signal, the broadband was fast. It was brilliant being able to plug it in and go.

- I went to an area where I really wanted to use it, and I could not get a connection. As I go there quite often, I returned the dongle, but I would try again, if you can guarantee that I will be connected every time.

+ Good that we can access the internet in most places.

- difficult setting up, although I checked that we were in service area, connection is not always available and time consuming to sort out why connection will not go through.

+ good idea for people who cant get home broadband

- Difficult to connect to laptop - huge problems connecting due to the firmware being out of date and the incompatibility of the laptop initially.

- can never pick up a signal with it so haven't been able to use it much at all

+ To be able to use the internet without a phone line is good!

- Reception is poor, fails to connect alot, overall i'm not very happy with it at all!

- my reception is awful, i'm lucky if i can connect to the internet most days

+ It's easy to install and setup and you can be online in literally minutes

- The modem drops the connection to the internet all the time and often doesn't load webpages, speed isn't as advertised.

- It does not work at all well, despite full signal strenght there just is not enough available bandwidth, rendering the device just about as useless as an ashtray on a motorbike
