It was very easy to understand the operation of the machine. I've only had problems when it was new and I defaulted to how my old machine operated.
For something that was supposed to have a bigger capacity than my old machine, it was quite hard to fit big, single items in. The same items had not been a problem in my old machine.

Superb design - easy to use - very efficient - hopefully will provide long-term reliability/durability.
It doesn't hang the washing on the line - other than that, can't think of one!

this is simple to use with a good selection of wash cycles. The clothes come out ready to dry with the crease free cycle which is fantastic. I have had to check a few times to make sure I have switched it on as it runs so quietly. Even my husband has no excuse for not using it as it is IDIOT proof. I would highly recommend this product.

Very easy to set up and use. Build quality is excellent. There is a variety of cycle options to choose from. The washing machine is very quiet.
The cycle times are very long, even with the short option selected. It takes about 1hr 40 mins for a short cycle; my previous washing machine took 1 hour. It is very heavy. Glad I do not have to move it any time soon.
