+ I wouln't use anything else! Miele are the best. This is my second one in my hoovering lifetime - they last so long you want something to go wrong just to get a nice new one!

+ Huge amount of suction. The vacuum is mobile and the tools set are easy to use even for tight awkward corners and under chairs.

- Could do with a bit more electric lead.

+ Extreemly powerfull, seperate head for shot pile carpet, long pile carpet, wood or tiled floor. all work very well.

- can be a pain in the arse changing floor heads but if you feel a bit lazy there is a multi purpose head.
Expensive (but well worth it)

- Stiff button to change from carpet to hard floor.
