+ It's a great looking machine that does the job well.
- It's on the heavy side and is not easy to carry up and down stairs. Also, when the cable is wound up, it tends to fall off the clips. They either need to be bigger or spaced further apart.

+ very good carpet cleaning, design of tool storage very neat, hose system very adaptable
- Quite heavy if you have to take it upstairs, paint comes off easily, be careful not to go too close to furniture.

Probably the best vacuum cleaner we have owned having tried all makes including kirkby.
