Excellent cleaning power - strong suction. Good tools. Long lead - good for stairs. Power brush is fantastic if you have the sort of carpets that need a good thrashing! Ideal for living in the country.

Difficult to close the tool compartment, unless you can remember exactly how they were when you first opened it.

Excellent suction. Its stating the obvious but this is the one thing a vacuum cleaner must be good at. The Miele definitely delivers here. Seems a good solid build. Very quiet in use.

I find the long solid hose can make the Miele awkward to use in tight areas. It goes through bags a lot faster than then Miele seems to indicate.

Unit itself is quite heavy. Telescopic tubes are way too heavy.

Powerful machine, well made. This is the second Miele vacuum we have had. The first is still in use and as powerful as ever after 6 years hard use.

The price, but prior to buying a Miele we had several vacuums none of which lasted more than a year. Six years hard use make this good value.

It's wonderful, I like the electronic handle - it makes live much easier. Sucking is ok, it's very strong. I like the bag and all attachements and turbo brush.

it makes light easy work of housework, the handle is comfortable and the machine is light and glides easily
