+ Small so storage is not a problem. I like the design and it works well.

- Still find it hard to use on the stairs but I think is because stairs are difficult to vacumn.

+ The vacuum cleaner is the best I've ever had. I've gone back to the bag as the bagless I think lose suction and require a lot of cleaning. It's light and turns easy. It's so good that within a month I ordered one for my Mum too. She thinks it's great!

- If I had to be picky - I don't like the way the down pipe connects to the main body when you store it - it takes up too much roon in my cupboard - but that's no biggie!

+ Lightweight appliance so easy to carry up and downstairs. Brilliant suction and dust retention particularly good for daughter's asthma problem as keeps dust inside machine and also good for removing animal hairs.

- Small dust bag means they do not last long. First one lasted less than 2 weeks and they are expensive to replace! Cheap copies will not do the dust retention job- the reason we purchased this model so we are forced to buy the expensive replacement bags. Worried that it may be a bit fragile in our mad household but so far so good.

+ Very good little, silent, easy to use vacuum cleaner.

- None so far maybe lenght of cable...

+ Small, ight weight, good suction, not too noisy.

- Minor - clip to hold tools seems flimsy; but if it was any different the whole thing would be bigger and heavier.
