- Awkward to pick up hairs from a carpet. Awkward to change fittings at titmes due to a tight fit on the telescopic pole

+ Overall very good

- Expected more as miele always Which best buy. Alot of air from cylinder which causes pet hair to go into air and therefore settles after finished vacuuming (my cat is moulting).
