going on Miele's reputation of hight quality and longevity, I am expecting great things from this machine (to last at least 10 years)! the best thing so far is the fact that it takes up the same space as a standard dishwasher but holds so much more (14 place setting!) I especially like that you can easily adjust the top rack and even tilt it higher on one side if you need to put a large item in the bottom rack. It was easy to install (though the pictorial instructions needed careful 'reading' first). it has four feet that you adjust after the machine is put in place- there's a great gadget where you adjust all four feet from the front of the machine- no need for bits of cardboard to compensate for uneen floors!
the price-ouch! but worth it if it lives up to it's expectations. Double ouch- I just missed out on free extention from two to five year guarantee.
