+ Really quiet motor when in operation. Brilliant power - even on half-power is stronger than my previous cleaner!!!!!

+ Does what it says - picks up all the cats hairs brilliantly. I used to have a dyson and thought that did well but the Miele is truely awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a pet. Best vaccuum cleaner I have ever used!

+ I have two dogs and this is the first vacuum I've found that does what it says and picks up the hair and dirt they leave behind wherever they go. Initially I thought this vacuum was expensive and wondered whether its performance would justify the price - but it does and is worth every penny. I can't say I'll ever get to like vacuuming but this machine makes the whole process as quick and effective as I suspect it can be. The design is good with the parts such as tubes, brushes, filters fitting together easily and securely and the vacuum feels like it is built to last. I also like the way the bag seals itself as it's removed, so there's none of the swirling dust and dirt that I've previously had with bagless vacuums. I like this vacuum!

+ Really powerful cleaner. Does exactly what it says on the tin!

- It's a bit heavy and the orange 'bag full' indicator doesn't work properly (it keeps coming on even when I've just put a new bag in). Also, the bags are really expensive.

+ Excellent machine. I have a disability which affects my balance. This machine is light, easy to manouver yet has such a powerfull suction. I have 5 cats and now do not need to use my rubber rake before vacuuming as this machine is so efficient in removing hair from my carpets and upholstery.
