+ It really does pick up dogs hair, and variety of tools most useful

- When turning round, cleaner traps electric lead underneath which makes it a bit unwieldy at times. Otherwise no problems

+ Excellent suction - better than my Dyson Animal upright. More expensive than some other cylinders on the market but well worth the investment.

+ Cleans really well with excellent suction but it's not heavy to carry or hard to push. It has lots of different settings for various floor types and different heads (including a "turbo" one!) The smaller head attachments are stored in a neat compartment in the machine itself so you don't have to hunt around to find the upholstery cleaner for example! We have two cats & two children and this vacuum does a great job of picking up everything! I bought one after using my father-in-law's.

+ Great sucker! We have various pets and children and it does a brilliant job in all areas of the house and also the car, using the attachments.

- None really, we do get through quite a few bags as they fill up quickly, but that is mostly because the vacuum cleaner picks up so much stuff.

+ Fantastic at picking up the hair of our too cats, great on carpets and wooden floors,upholtery etc. Had a dyson before this which I didn't htink could be bettered but this vacuum cleaner is great.

+ The machine really picks up- even my husbands sock fluff is no match for the turbo brush. It is quiet so you can still dance around to the radio. When I first started using it I could not believe how much it picked up. My old upright must have not been working very well for ages.

- Yes it is a bit pricey and so are the bags. I shopped around and found a good price for the machine and I have bought some non-original bags which seem to do the job just as well with no dust escaping. I am glad I bought the machine.

- Difficult to store. If you detatch the hose to make it easier to fit in a crowded space, you expose the entrance to the dustbag, so the dust can escape! Storing upright with hose attached is more difficult.

+ Fantastic - wish I'd bought one years ago!!!! I live on a working farm, so it needs to be able to vacuum up hay, straw, dust, etc plus 4 young kids and a dog and cat! It works well on tiles, wooden flooring and carpets! My hubby thinks it's great too (and he didn't see why I needed a new one originally!).

+ Picks up well and has very good suction. It's extremely easy to use on the stairs.

- Desig of handle could be improved. It's rather wide and tiring to hold after alittle while - although I have now got used to it.

+ Excellant suction, best I've had to date. Out performs the last dyson I had. Really cleans the carpets well. I have two cats and its doing the job of getting the hairs off everthing. Very good value for money.

- Cylinder vaccums are harding work although more efficient. The weight of the unit is fairly heavy, ok at the moment but wouldn't want to carry it upstairs when I'm older.
