+ Good constant suction. Hoover bags take a long time to fill up.

- Changing the hoover head between lino to carpet is a bit stiff.

+ Everything is as it should be. A superb piece of equipment.

+ The turbo heads (large & small) work very well & pick up even the worst hairs. The extending metal pole/handle is a great design feature.

+ Good suction and cleaning ability. Good value as purchased when discounted, quite expensive otherwise however a good cleaner, far better than my previous bagless hoover. Tackles long soft dog hair easily.

+ Good quality feel. Extending pipe is excellent. Relly does pick up the dog hairs - even in the moulting season!

- Only quibble is the bag. You can't empty it it for reuse & they're quite expensive to keep changing.

Replaces my 18 year old Miele Vaccuum cleaner, which still worked, but the plastic bits were failing.

- I fear the plastic lid may break up as did my previous cleaner, long before the motor does.

+ Really amazing suck! Not too heavy. The turbo brushes have made my upright redundant. Incredibly quiet.

- Cannot use full power as it shows red what ever surface it is being used on! Moderately difficult to store as cannot demount tube to it's shortest components.

+ especially effective with dog hairs. Different size heads proves better adaptability. Easy to change bag. No bad odour when vacuuming.

- Bag must be changed quicker than expected. Bags not cheap. Body of vacuum quite heavy.

- Thought it would be much lighter. The metal rods attached to the hose are very heavy to push around and carry. The suction is good but it doesn't pick up pet hairs as well as it claims to, it just pushes them into a pile and you have to remove the head and pick them up with the hose. It seems better on hard floors than carpet or the car. Most expensive vacuum I have bought so disappointed as thought it would be so much better.

+ telescopic tubes a boon. Turbo head very easy to use on carpets and picks up everything. Good tools for cleaning car upholstery and carpets.

I like the compartment with th e small tools in the house has never been so clean. It does take me longer to clean as I can do everything as I go but you cannot have it all!!!

- Having to change the heads over when I want to do carpets with animal hairs on. As I have a mixture of hard floors and rugs. It would be great id they could find a way of incorporating the both together

+ Dog hair lifted in one go with turbo brush.. Carpet looks clean instantly.Powerful suction with the option to turn down for cutrains etc. Not too heavy. Bit of a nuisance having to change brushes for stairs. Overall no compalints and really happy with purchase previously had a dyson and reckon this cleaner is better for lifting dog hair and human hair off carpets. Dont know what way going back to a cleaner with a bag will work out but miele seem to offer a reasonable deal to supply bags.

+ This product is very good with the turbo head. I have 2 dogs and a cat, and it really removes the hairs from the carpet, which other vacuum cleaners do not.

- I feel it could of done with a handle on the top to help carry it around whilst vacuuming, as opposed to dragging it around behind you by the hose.

+ Great vacuum cleaner, good on carpets and ceramic floors. Nice size and easy to use.

- Changing the head from hard floors to carpets is quite difficult as the lever appears to be very stiff.

+ I would never go back to a Dyson, Miele have excellent build quality and great performance. It is designed to do a job and does it without compromise. The extra tools with Cat & Dog are excellent feature, even if you don't have a pet.

+ An absolutely brilliant machine. Its still only a couple of months old but the suction is great and its pretty quiet for such a powerful machine. Quality product

- None yet. I would recommend getting extended warranty. This way, you can take the hassle of any breakdown and the trouble of finding replacement bags as the warranty provides you with a years supply or at least thats what they say.
