+ Easy to use & set up.

- Could not be used with Broadband which was a major bad point as this was not advertised and majority of people are on broad band now.

+ easy to set up, Vista home basic is sufficient for home use. Internet connection was really easy. We connect using wireless and it is so easy a novice could do it.

- battery power does not seem to last very long

+ so easy great value a child could do it

- none noticable at this point

+ The colour pink of course!

- The first boot is abit slow

+ My daughter is only eleven years old,but set it all up herself and is never off it.It is ideal for her homework and is very easy to use,even I have been on it.Overall an excellent product.
