+ I had read that larger plates would not fit in the bottom shelf as the top shelf was too low which put me off a little as I had already ordered the dishwasher before I read the reviews, but when the machine arrived I discovered that the top shelf was adjustable and I have had no problem with items in the bottom not fitting as I just put the top shelf higher. Another good point is that on the bottom shelf the back row of tines to hold plates folds down to accomodate awkard items.This dishwasher is good value for money and works just as well as the dearer model I was replacing which had given up the ghost. All round good value.

- rubbish, doesn't clean dishes properly, doesn't rinse properly, pot cycle just endlessly washes & doesn't move on. Terrible product, total false economy, will replace as soon as able

- Racks do not pull out gently, very uneven on both top and bottom runners.
Maximum size of dinner plate that can be accomodated is 10 inches.....cant accept a dinner plate of say 10.25 inches

- Very cheap finish facier plastic and dial. The trays don't run probably. You can't fit much into it and dinner plates don't fit if you stand the upright as in most other dishwashers. I would never buy this product again.

- Wire draws flimsy and can't take heavy loads. Dinner plates obstruct the water spindle so that it won't turn. Cutlery basket broken already after 2 months. Cup and glass stacking difficult. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again !!

- My dinner plates which fitted in my last dishwasher do not fit in the plate rack on the bottom, they fit but the spinner cannot pass over them so I have to wash them up!! Hugely annoying as I didn't realise until it had been plumbed in!! My advice, take your largest dinner plate to the shop & check it in person, but no good if like me you buy it online!

- Slow, dish holder small, does not hold the size of plates my last washer took, cutlery drawer is a pain to empty, dishwasher itself is often still dirty after wash.

- The two position upper tray means that in the low position you can wash tumblers but not 9/10" dinner plates and vice versa. The loading instructions don't allow for the two position upper tray and in my opinion are unfair and possibly contravene trade descriptions.

But the No1 reason (not listed on selection list) is the fact that it is a 'semi-integrated' machine, which meant that I was able to replace an existing machine without huge disruption to existing fitted kitchen.
Overall very good value for money - just let down by a few minor details that require a little thought rather than major cost.

- I don't like the 'winder' style programme control - I'd rather have simple push buttons, just like the on/off switch
I didn't realise how deep the stainless steel control panel was - it is a quite a bit deeper than the replaced machine and is a 'mis-match' with the line of the other existing units. It also looks a bit 'clumpy' as a result - only a detail, but easily fixed in my opinion.
The soap container is clearly designed for a much smaller dishwasher tablet than the standard UK size tablet - a little concerned that this will cause soap tray to eventually fail.
The top tray has a rather strange layout for cups and glasses - would like them to be given more support in order to avoid damage. The utensil baskets are very 'flimsy' - but I have transferred the old utensil baskets from previous dishwasher.

- Terrible build quality, difficult to install, poor design of how to put integrated door on front of machine, not enough spacers supplied between door and top of dishwasher control panel.

+ Good Price, we had previously bought a very expensive Neff dishwasher that only lasted 26 months

- Our plates do not fit in the dishwasher as they are too high and the top rack level is not adjustable. The detergent dispenser will not take most dishwasher tablets. It is noisy in operation.

+ The DISHWASHER looks fine, and fits the space of my old one. Semi-integrated dishwashers are not easy to find.

- My dinner plates (ten and a half inch diameter) do not fit in the plate rack without impeding the free rotation of the upper rotating washing arm of the machine. This means that if I put the dinner plates in the dishwasher, the contents of the upper level of the machine do not get washed properly. The only solution is not to put the dinner plates in the machine, but to wash them by hand - a wholly unsatisfactory solution, having bought a brand new dishwasher. I have had these plates a good many years, and have not had this problem with any of the previous dishwashers I have owned. Had I known in advance that I would have this problem, I would never have bought this particular machine.

- My average size dinner plates don't fit in the bottom rack as they prevent the arm from spinning (not a problem with my old machine), so I have to wash up every time. The wash cycle is much longer than my previous dishwasher so I guess it must be using more electricity.

Big clicky, motorised program knob.
No allowance for "5-in-1" tabs so the low salt and rinse-aid lights are on permanently.
The extra option buttons, extra-light or extra-strong are silly as they only work when the dial is set to light or heavy respectively. Just put the options on the dial. Other dislikes:
Standard cosmetic panel is too smalll for the dishwasher door and the spacer strip supplied is not big enough to fill in the gap.
There is no spray from the top so things on the top shelf only get washed from underneath.
The indicator lights are not bright enough.

+ I needed a semi integral machine to replace my original one which had 'died'. This machine fitted perfectly and had all the features that I needed.

- Other than the cutlery basket apertures in the top not being large enough to house some of my cutlery , up until now no problems.

+ The product initially seemed good value for money.

- Poor design. It is not possible to stand full size dinner plates in either the top or lower shelves. This obviously impacts on the loads you are able to wash in each cycle.
The detergent holder is also not large enough to take dishwash tablets, causing further inconveience. I would have thought that these were 2 very basic requirements!!

- Internal layout of the two baskets is poor. You can not get a dinnerplate stacked in the dishwasher. Previous machine (whirlpool) was capable of this!

- Serious design error with lower tray allowing insufficient headroom space for dinner plates making spindle stop spinning. As a result does not clean contents properly.
Top tray doesn't fare much better with poor ability to hold glasses and cups compared with my previous dishwashwer

+ all dishes come out really clean. Very hot temperature good drying cycle. Large drum pots and pans can be loaded easily

- Normal cycle can take approx 1 hour. Economy cycle 45mins.

+ The washer is easy to operate and not noisy, cleans well.

- The inside is not big enough to take 12 place settings, ie the dinner plates are too big and the washer arm hits them when stacked. Where the cutlery tray is situated it is impossible to place any dinner plates behind it so you are restricted to the right hand side, thereby only a maximum of 4 or 5 dinner plates can be washed at a time. I think the cutlery tray could be placed laterally at the front bottom to eliviate this problem.

- I purchased the same model a couple of years ago, however it broke down after 11 months and although it was repaired under guarantee, it was never as good as when initially bought. It lasted another 15 months beforen it stopped working altogether. The only reason I purchased the same model was cost. I only hope this one lasts a lot longer than the first.

Variety of cycles for price

- Poor loading design. Variable drawer height either prevents easy loading of plates below or insufficient room for loading of glasses above.
Fragile drawer runner design. Drawers often get stuck on their runners because they are not of a very high quaility.
The template included for positioning the screw holes to attach the door planel to the front was wrong. It led the installer to position the brackets upside down.
