The sound quality is better than past phones.
-
I can't turn off the irritating sound noises everytime I open and close the phone and it also makes this awful howling ringing noise when I turn it on. I don't need these cheap gimics and it reminds me of a childs phone not a work phone which is it's purpose. I would never have bought it if I had seen it in person one of the many problems of internet shopping.

I like the size of the phone, the keypad is a useful size, and not to small like most other phones. The music playing is excepitionally good.

It could have come with a cable to connect the phone to my PC so that I could have uploaded my songs.

Sometimes it goes through phases of telling you you've got '2 text messages' and '2 unanswered phone calls' when you've only got the 1!
Very annoying.

The phone is a nice size and very lightweight, it is easy to use, the camera is handy and takes nice photos which are easy to send and they can be transferred to a micro SD card and stored on computer. The MP3 player is useful, I bought the green phone which is very pretty. I am really pleased with my Mandarina Duck phone.
