+ Once I got the hang of it - very easy to use and very fast. The only downside was the recipe book. I felt that a more comprehensive one would have been more useful

+ it is solid and quite quiet and the different sized bowls are very useful. I use it a lot more for slicing than I did my old one
- Am not too happy with the dough making side of things, maybe will improve with use. Think the recipe.instruction book might be extended.
