+ Looks good, really useful having espresso and filter coffee from one machine, quick to warm up
- The espresso coffee holder sometimes gets stuck if you leave it attached to the machine while it cools down

+ It looks great and doesn't over complicate the process of making coffee. It does exactly what it should - without fuss
- The milk frother doesnt allow for big jugs of milk and can be a bit awkward. Though I think most expresso machine have the same issue - so maybe I need to use a smaller jug.
