- Bought with a cash back offer, but there was no information included in packaging. I had a little trouble getting the info and am still awaiting the cash back.

The coffee has an amazing crema, delicious flavour and is really nice and hot.

- Can make decent cups almost immediately, takes a little practice to make excellent cups of coffee.
The noise of the milk steamer pump.
The manual makes the machine sound more complicated than it is.
