- Bought with a cash back offer, but there was no information included in packaging. I had a little trouble getting the info and am still awaiting the cash back.

Easy to use
The range of coffee's and descriptions add to the experience of creating your own coffee.
The coffee has an amazing crema, delicious flavour and is really nice and hot.

Can make decent cups almost immediately, takes a little practice to make excellent cups of coffee.
The noise of the milk steamer pump.
The manual makes the machine sound more complicated than it is.
