+ Works very well, easy to set up, loads fo good features, low standby power consumption, one of the few that output via Aerial for older TVs

- top end price bracket; cheaper model without UHF modulator has remote sensor and output to home cinema etc. Looks as if this one has too, but nothing in instructions and sensor not mentioned in instructions either

+ I bought this for my mother who is blind so what I wanted was audio description which it has. The controls are very simple to use as well.

- 1 - Slight distortion on right hand side of info display,
2 - Remote should have on/off and volume controls for the TV - still have to have tv remote to hand,
3 - Inbuilt volume control max level to too low, when turning off box TV is very loud.
4 - From green/red leds should be visible from front for when unit is on top of tv and so high.
5 - Box looks a bit cheap.

+ Excellent freeview box with dedicated buttons to access to Audio Description for the sight restricted and Subtiles for the hard of hearing. Regisered blind Mother now can enjoy TV again.

+ Great programme guide, nice easy to use interface, picture quality appears good, and the digital audio out meant integrated nicely with my audio setup.

- The remote is a bit larger than it needs to be (looks a bit clunky in my opinion)

+ It's great that this freeview box supports audio description. Also there is the facility to quickly jump between TV and Radio stations.

- The audio description can 'jump' a bit while the TV guide is on. Also the remote control isn't that easy for the visually impaired to use. Unconventionally the zero button is positioned to the right of the 3. This is a shame because the audio description capability makes this STB a good choice for the visually impaired.

- Was bought for the audio description and it's not got it right yet. has had to be reset on a few occasions because it went wrong

+ Ideal for blind/partially sighted people. It's like audio books but with some picture

- buttons and layout of remote control were still not too great for someone with bad eyesight (was purchased for an elderly relative, so they could use audio description on freeview)
