+ Sound quality ok.

- SOFTWARE DIFFICULT TO MASTER.Book marks tempramental.

+ Great value for money as compared to other 4gb products. The buttons on the side were easy to use (it was bought for someone with arthritic fingers) and it was compact and attractive.

- Putting music onto it is not very easy and occasionally it automatically wiped off older albums when it still had most of its memory left. Although this can be rectified by putting the music back onto it, it is annoying and time-consuming.

- Controls not clear - fiddly. Not intuitive to use.

+ It has a large amount of memory for the price. It's easy to use with an extensive instruction manual.

- I've started having problems with the headphone socket. One side of the headphones keeps on going off. I have since bought three sets of headphones and still the problem occurs.

+ Small and handy size. Largest size available for the price.

- Buttons hard to use. Have already had to return 2 of these due to faulty buttons. Not easy to naviagate btween menus

+ Great looks. Good value. Excellent sound quality, and respectable battery life.

- Terrible instruction book, and consequently needs a great deal of trial & error to understand some of the functions. Even when mastered, it is not a user-friendly device.

- Ipurchased two, one for myself and one for my wife, They both failed within two weeks as did the replacements. Indeed one failed on the day of purchase. The fault was the same failure of the on /off switch.

+ When the product is working properly the sound is good and of good value.

- I have had to return this product three times due to three different faults.
