- The cycles take to long

+ Its soo quiet you can hardly hear it and gives a nice bing bong tune when its finished which is very handy! The variety of cycles is great and especially the duvet one which I managed to fit my king size in! The time delay great especially if you dont want creased washing- just make sure your home in time for the time set!

- The child lock button doesnt prevent it being turned off which is a bit of a nuisance if half way through the program!
Some of the programs are quiet long when you add extra rinse etc but worth the weight as washing quality is great.

+ Very quiet leaves the clothes lovely and clean and smelling nice. The drum clean is exellent after washing dog bedding or son's dirty trainers. Exellent drum size. The steam clean is exellent on whites no more dull grey. Crease control is brillent. Duvet cycle is also recommended brillient with a toddler in the house.

- When child lock is on can still turn the machine of and you have to start the
cycle from the beginning.

- Lights / LCD stays on when washing.
There is a thing called being too efficient....you loose a small amount in washing quality. Just add more detergent.
Washing times not super fast like some makes but very good still.

+ Easy to use. Very economical. So quiet you forget it's actually on! Looks really stylish and the load it can deal with is brilliant. Would recommend to every family.

+ i love this machine and although a bit expensive was worth every penny, it is very quite, economical and easy to use and the washing comes out perfect every time and on top of all that it looks stunning!!!

+ it looks great in my black kitchen and it does the job brilliantly. It doesn't beep, it sings. The steam clean is excellent. It's very user-friendly and is even better than the Miele I had in my previous home.

- I can't think of any. I suppose the cycles could be a bit shorter, but would the clothes be as clean?

- My one year old is fascinated by the buttons, especially the power off button - twice she has turned it off mid wash - very frustrating!! I wish the off button wasn't so obvious!

- slightly deeper in size than a regular machine so be sure to measure up first AT THE WIDEST POINT. i had to knock out quite a bit of the wall!

+ Fantastic capacity - I managed to get all our bedding into one load rather than 2. Good selection of programs and options. Excellent wool cycle. Very good spinning options. Black model looks fab!

- The only bad thing I can say about it is that it is rather pricey. Having said that, I am very pleased with it.

+ Gets clothes really clean and fresh. Intensive wash with steam really works well. Very quiet.

- A few of the cycle times are a bit long (but they do get it really clean).
Steam only cuycle can leave clothes wet in places.

+ Easy to use with loads of functions to adjust washing to your needs (no more trips to the dry-cleaners - hurray) and can cope with very heavy loads - brilliant! Plus, it looks amazing and even welcomes you with a lovely message when you turn it on. I love it!

- The only down side is that the child lock is not a complete lock. You can still turn the machine off in mid cycle, as my little one and I recently discovered!

+ Good all round, only had the machine about 10 weeks but i haven't any complaints about it at all, yet.

+ Quiet, as in really quiet! Smooth, no rocking. Looks great. Simple to operate. Can open as soon as cycle finishes. Clothes need less drying a they come out warm and relativelyt dry. Countdown to completion.

- Cycles seem to take a long time. Expensive.

+ The cycle runs whisper quiet and you don't even know it's on. The unit weighs the load and uses only the amount of water neede. It switches itself off! Crease guard is fab. There are endless good points.

- The letdown is the water release, when the water us draining from the drum, it is really, really noisy, so much so, that when I used the delay timer for the machine to come on at 4am it woke me up, and the machine is at the back of the house!!

+ it is top of the range loe the shirt spinning around, love the play and pause button so i can stop during the cycle, love that it steams infact i love everything about it

- fits in my machine gap but its comes out too forward so i cant get into my cupboards so i will have to work around the washing machine and i will have to change my intire kitchen to go with the washing machine

- Defaults on 60 degree wash when i like to wash on 40 (to be eco friendly!) - but I think i'm just being pickie.

+ Very quiet, efficient machine with features that I haven't tried yet (duvet setting, steam setting).

+ Very quiet, lots of programs both set and variable and it weighs your washing so uses less water. The refresh option is good if shirts get too dry - it makes then easier to iron. Looks stunning against black granite worktops!

- None, other than some programs are long - but even then they are less time than my previous machine! Oh and the child lock does not stop cheeky little fingers turning it off!!

+ You get what you pay for! This is such a good washing machine if you can afford one. I can not fault it!

+ love this machine, its very sexy looking and has so many programms to choose from, i haven't tried the seam or refresh function yet but looking forward to using it. the only thing i would say about this is the depth of the machine is slightly more of the normal machines as it happens i dont have it at the side of a cupbourd otherwise you might have problems opening the door to that cubourd. Very satisfied with the product and would highly recommend it

+ I have been very pleased wit the LG machines. This one is easy to use, has a variety of programmes, most of which I have used. Its price compares well with other machines offering similar options.

+ Firstly can I say it looks fantastic, secondly what an absolutely brilliant machine, it does exactly what it says it does, it cleans well, the clothes come out barely creased and it is extremely quiet. Do not be put off by the price of this machine it is worth every penny.

+ The quick wash is very good, and speedy at 30 minutes. Its also very quiet and looks fantastic.

+ Good features including steam wash, baby care, different spins and rinses. Looks extremely attractive and the LCD display is stunning. Makes a sound to let you know when the machine is finished. Graphics great and is a real kitchen talking point. Washes clothes well and is extremely quiet except when draining (although it's not loud, it just makes the usual draining noise which reminds you that the machine is actually on!).

- Very, very, long cycles if you use cotton wash/baby care with additional rinses, higher temperatures and full loads. Can take over 2 hours - my electricity bill is going to be sky high. And I thought the whole machine would be black, not just the front!
