+ i purchased this product because it was compact and lightweight,this is for my upstairs to save me carrying my other vaccum up and down,its great,just what i expected

+ Follows you around the floor better than its (famous) predecessor - a lot cheaper too.It's got a longer cable, is lighter, has better suction, we also like the power control being on the handle.

- Every time you turn on the power it plays a little tune - a very irritating one (ever seen Red Dwarf - Tommy the Toaster?).

+ ideal appliance for pet owners - it does what it says on the can!! Suction control on the handle is a very good idea.
