- Doesn't pick up well at all, constatly checking for blockages to see why the suction is so bad when the main head is attached, messy to empty, nowhere to store attachments

+ A fantasic produce, looks slick and performs beyond. The rotary brush on teh footplate is great and a must, i couldn't believe how much it picks up.

+ Excellent product - especially the low noise level. The rotational compactor is both effective and innovatory.
The metal extension tubes and the auxiliary fittings are of a very high quality. Overall, a very competent domestic vacuum cleaner.

- There are no obvious weaknesses with this vacuum cleaner other than the omission of on-board tool-carrying capacity.

+ The product is light weight and easy to move around, great suction that you set to what you want to vacuum, really compact with handy holder on side to support pipe and nozzle when stopping in the middle of vacuuming ie to pick up something rather than dropping to floor to then have to pick up (i have a bad back so find this most useful.)

- when vacuuming a carpet the floor head nozzle does not run smoothly back and forth, it tends to jumpas if the carpet is wrinkled but is not.

+ Very powerful, light and easy to use. Have been using this for a few weeks now and yet to empty the dust cylinder. All of the tools are useful, and especially like having the controls on the handle of the cleaner.

+ Follows you around the floor better than its (famous) predecessor - a lot cheaper too.It's got a longer cable, is lighter, has better suction, we also like the power control being on the handle.

- Every time you turn on the power it plays a little tune - a very irritating one (ever seen Red Dwarf - Tommy the Toaster?).
