We bought one of these microwaves for home use and find it versatile and the capacity is wonderful. It looks good and has worked well. We also find it easy to clean.
We also bought one for use in our church kitchen as our's was easy to use and had such good capacity. The first one didn't work but was quickly replaced and this has been fine, so far.

The casing does get hot but there is ample warning about this when using the grill settings.
The accompanying booklet is a bit wordy but it is fine if you just do things a step at a time.
