+ I like that the phone is compact without being flimsy. It is very easy to use and the size of the screen is great.

- I sometimes find that the touchscreen facility is a bit tricky to use.

+ Everything on the device is near perfect, cannot fault it at all

- the software is chronically bad, no connection, modem drivers not working properly, also possibly the touch buttons may just be too sensitive, i have made errors trying to answer call, but overall very pleased with it,, sinal booster could be introduced as i cannot use it for call within my house at all

- Battery life is appalling and the signal drops.

+ the phone looks great and has easy internet access. its fairly easy to sync with the pc athough i do wonder if its more complicated than it needs to be.
the camara is good, 5 mega pixels and easy to get to and use. it has quite a large memory with space for a micro sd too.

- when i first got this phone i found the touch sensitive pad totally infuriating, it took a while to get used to it and now its not a problem but at first i kept nudging the wrong key and frequently fat fingered the ok key to end up in random places.
the battery life isnt too good, i have learnt that when the bar drops from 3 to 2 bars it could run out in a matter of moments.

+ The only good point i can find is that it has a good camera.

- it is hard to use, the battery lasts a maximum of 2 days if you use it. It is basically the worst phone i have ever owned.

+ it's a brilliant phone great camera and looks stylish.the touch sensitive navigation is good.

- i thought it would come with a memory card was disapointed it didnt or even a bluetooth headset.and also thought it would have more ring tones/music on.

- really hard to use, touch screen isn't very good, when battery is low it doesn't give much warning and then dies completely, sometimes hard to get a signal

- Screen can get scratched and because it is a touch screen it can affect it! So get a cover for it!

- the non-predictive texting can be annoying because sometimes when you try to get a C you get 3 A's or something like that. Other than that there is nothign wrong with it :)

- but the battery life is sooo pooorrr.. if the battery life was longer then it would be perfect but if want to listen to music or use all the gadgets on there quite alot.. dont forget to bring a charger with you.

- keypad can be oversensitive and battery life is very poor - needs recharging almost daily with moderate use

- The softaware seems to not be compatiable with my laptop, and quite lenghty to install. Apart from that, I have nothing bad to say about the LG secret.

- Not sure if its just my phone but; bad reception at times (didn't have this issue with my previous phone) and neon touch pad lights went off. Reading up on this, it would seem that these are common faults.

- phone is heavy, battery life is poor, the phone is slow to respond, the touch pad doesn't work well, phone software isn't compatible with a mac

+ the phone is sturdy and has a good weight about it, the screen is hard to scratch.

- the battery life is shocking and goes from having full power meeter to nothing in a matter of minuets, the signal is hellish and turns to emergency calls only when other t mobile phones pick up a reception. the touch screen is temperamental and takes a lot of gettting used to. the screen is also pretty much unreadable in sunshine. and gets marked easily and finger prints take quite a lot work to remove from the screan

+ it looks great, pretty easy to use once you have the hang of it!!!

- screen very sensitive but again once you gauge that its great! sound nit too geat on video recordings.

- its a pain when you accidently press the touch screen buttons when trying to click the middle button. Anyone with normal size fingers gets this problem. Its prob only good for people with teeny weeny fingers.

- the battery life is crap if you are using a few applictions at the same time it drains the battery really quick which is crap when your out and about, ive resorted to carry charger with me.

- Painfully slow and fiddley navigation. Very poor camera image quality, battery life is pretty dire too, can have 2 bars for ages and ages, then just suddenly cuts out mid convo. The supplied software is not really very good either, and it is quite difficult to upload things to a pc.

+ it looks fantastic has a fab camera that u can zoom in when pic has been taken loads of memory sound is good really like this phone

- only one bad point and wouldnt really call it bad just takes a while to get used to the touch screen and key pad once u have cracked it its ace

+ Looks good, big keys, easy touch sceen once you get used to it, able to turn screen for photos and games, different games than on average phone.

- battery only lasts 2 days even if only send 2 texts, does not give much warning for low battery, tried to download song from vodaphone live but only downloaded half of it. Same thing happened next time, in fact it took three goes and I had to pay twice so I am wary of using this service again.

+ it's sleek, stylish and easy to use.

- the navigation is long winded unlike the chocolate version where it was a quick one button easy route to all features. Also you have to click out of features when finished instead of just sliding shut and going back to the hone screen.

Keyboard size is excellent, easy to use & has an excellent organiser function.
Vibration is very powerful so can hear it when it is on the desk, on silent etc...
On a lazy side, an excellent snooze function, which lets you choose how long you want to snooze for.... not so good for work!

- Battery life is very poor (have to charge it every day or it runs out half way through the next, bear in mind I am a rather high volume texter), camera flash is too powerful for shots less than a few meters away, it just turns the whole screen white (aside from that the camera is good).

+ It's tough. You can drop it and have it in your pocket with your keys and it doesn't break or get scratched up.

- Slow response with the touch sensitive tech.

- The battery only lasts for a couple of hours, I bought a spare battery thinking it may help but it is the same.I think I willprobably sell it on and go back to my old phone

+ look,touchscreen,camera,video,games,software. Overall it is a very nice phone. Got every thing you need from texting to internet from pictures to making your own video!

- Battery life has got to be the worst. Thats the only badthing with the phone really. I cant fault it any more.

+ good camera, nice design, fun and stylish

- when you close the phone it doesn;t return to the main screen you have to close the application manually

+ It looks really stylish and is easy to use for texting, taking photos etc. Very slim, so fits in your pocket easily. Great games, especially darts. You can have fun morping photos you take as well.

- The battery life is average and it goes suddenly from 2 bars to running out completely. I've not yet worked out how to change the ring tone for calendar events and the ringing it does is loud and annoying. Otherwise the calendar is easy to use.

+ The phone is quite compact, looks very stylish and feels very solid, especially the slide mechanism. Also has great features.

- Minor design flaw, its too easy to accidentally press the directional buttons when trying to press the navigation button.

- the battery life is apauling and the handset software is so slow that u continually re press the buttons to make it work then it catches up and you end up 3-4 screens further than you wanted to be

- screen freezes, touchpad doesnt always work, poor battery life, does its own thing like when ive set the loud profile it changes after ive put it on silent an back to loud again. if i would have known what this phone was like i wouldnt have purchased it. A couple of my friends have had the same problem.

+ The design of the phone is really good and is pretty easy to use.

- There are a few things which i feel could be better with this phone.
1. The loudness of the ring is very quite and on many ocassions i have missed calls or messages.
2. The camera is very very poor for being a 5mp if there is the slightest movement when taking a picture it comes out very blurry. The other problem with the camera is taking pictures at night they either come out to bright with no true colors showing or the picture is to dark and you cant see anything.

+ overall I love this phone and all the features

+ general all round nice phone, the games are easy to play as you move the phone to do the actions, so it can keep younger kids happy if the need occures.

- the middle key seems to thin it is very easy to touch the screen and end up some where else.

- its hard to put things onto phone from computer. battery life doesnt last too long.
