+ Good design

- would like stainless steel sides as well as front

+ Twin compressors enable one to adjust temperature of fridge and freezer independently. Good capacity of fridge with easy access to stored items. Robust structure. Easy to move and adjust to level. Generally quiet.The freezer drawers are deep, also useful additional storage space in door. I'm really happy with this fridge freezer and think it was good value for the money.

- The door shelves in the fridge are not height adjustable so to get all my bottles in I removed one of the four shelves.

+ big, quiet, has reversible doors, easy to move. It doesnt get finger prints on it. A good/bad point is magnets cant go on the front of it.

- the fridge claims to be 595 wide however the electricity cord makes it stick out to around 605 minimum. A very bad design flaw. I had to unscrew the back plate of the fridge and rewire it before it could fit in our 600 hole.

+ Capacity is good - its nominaly a similar size to our old fridge - but it's definately bigger on the inside.
I also like the reminder about the door being open - some members of the family like to leave the fridge open for a considerable time - eg take the buitter out, and leave the door open whilst they make sandwiches! The beeper reminds them not to do it!

- Really silly thing - fridge magnets doin't stick - now what are we going to do with them all ... !

+ Looks efficient, and the stainless steel is not too difficult to keep looking smart. The freezer compartment drawers are deep enough to take larger items and the total freezer space is greater than in many similar sized fridge/freezers. Seems to be cold enough on only the second of five possible power settings.

- The top is not flat, so it isn't easy to stack things on top of it

- No stainless steel look on sides of fridge freezer. Fridge door constantly wants to shut itself too easily when using it even with foot adjustments set at maximum and our floor is level! Makes a few strange noises. Door open alarm works too well.

+ Internal capacities of the fridge and freezer were just the sizes I needed. Quite rare to find a 180cm high fridge/freezer with a freezer capacity of 100 litres. Most were 86 or below.

- Top was not flat so we could not store anything on it (much needed in a small kitchen!).
Because we bought the stainless steel version, the front was not magnetic.
In our kitchen, the freezer needs to be located in a corner. This means the door can only be opened up to 90 degrees. Therefore, because the vegetable drawer fits across the full width of the fridge, we cannot remove it from the fridge for cleaning or for loading new items. After the weekly shop, the alarm always goes off when I am trying to fill the drawer.

+ Really happy with my new fridge-freezer, I took a long time making the choice and it was well worth it. The stainless steel does not show finger prints which is fantastic. The fridge is large and roomy with good light.

- The pocket in the freezer door is not really effective, I havent found anything that I would put in it. When putting ice trays in the freezer there is a tendancy for the water to spill out if you fill it too full, this is due to only having drawers in the freezer and not a drop down flap on the fast freeze tray.

+ Vegetable Draw is spacious - so many of the fridges today divide the space into two draws,which make it much smaller.
I love the fridge, there is plenty of space for everything.

- Freezer compartment does not have a shelve just three drawers which is a bit of a pain for ice making as you need to balance the ice tray so the water doesn't tip out.. It would have been better to have three drawers plus one shelve instead as this would have made each draw slightly less deep making it easier to find things rather than having to rummage through quite so much.

+ Stainless door looks great, and amazingly doesn't get finger marks on.

- Although 40db, quite noisy compared to our old one (but then again that one didn't work!)

+ Good looking. Interior is well designed. Big freezer. Reasonably quiet - would like there to be more information about noise of machines, particularly washing machines, as open plan kitchens mean that kitchen noise spreads to other areas. I am very pleased with it and feel it was worth the extra money compared with other models in the store.

- Lack of choice for this size of freezer. When I bought it I was looking for a fridge freezer with a large freezer section (I don't have space for a 900mm wide model) and although there were lots of fridge freezers in store, they offered larger and larger fridges, while the freezer sections got smaller. The LG was the largest freezer I could find, so really didn't feel I had much choice.
Stainless steel is hard to look after, if offered choice would have this model in white.

+ Nice lookin fridge, very spacious! The exterior surface doesn't get easily marked. Love the veg box! Freezer is spacious as well and freezes things quickly (I don't even have to use fast freeze function).

+ Lots of room in the freezer. Door pockets in freezer especially useful for ice packs which would otherwise take up room in the drawers and don't need to stay at a constant temp.
Good sized fridge.

- Ver/y 'fat' doors means it is not so easy to get stuff out of the top freezer drawer when the fridge door is closed.
No separate power switch. To switch off need to pull out and unplug/switch off at wall.
To switch doors to open other way, instructions tell you to call out the engineer (yeah, right!). We decided to do it ourselves and it wasn't difficult. Why don't they just tell you how to do it.
Top is not flat so can't keep things on top of it.
Manual is written in rather poor English so sometimes ambiguous/unclear. (Reads like they ran it through Babelfish!)

+ IT IS VERY QUITE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SIZE AS IT EASILY FITTED ALL THE FOOD IN OVER CHRISTMAS PERIOD. JUST LIKE THE STYLE AND DESIGN OF THE FRIDGE FREEZER AND ALOT QUITER THAN THE HOTPIONT IT REPLACED.

- The sides are not the same stainless steel finish, they're a bit of a dull ugly grey. The shelves as mentioned in other posts are a bit cheap and you can't really arrange them, also the compartments in the door are similar. Despite these faults i'm very happy with the fridge.

+ This looks great and because it hasn't got any gimmicky drinks dispensers or other 'great ideas' you actually have simply more space that is adjustable for your needs. Perfect. Massive Freezer and fridge, no compromise on either, and yet smaller than a lot of other models in the market. Classic design. Only addition to freezer is the compartments in the door for pizzas etc - great! Drawers deep and comfortably hold enough for a big freezer shop. Fridge comfortably holds food for 4 adults (with different tastes) and 2 toddlers (lots of milk). I know other reviews say it is noisy - this is not true, it does have times when it suddenly makes a humming noise for a few seconds (presumably for some kind of reboot), but this is only every now and then, is not particularly noisy and does not impose, the rest of the time it is silent. Non magnetic front stops me from chavvying it up. (I just put them on the side)

- I have racked my brain for an honest review but I seriously can't think of a bad point - enjoy! (PS I looks at the drink dispenser version of this fridge which is taller and has less space - and actually costs more - I wouldn't bother, the simplet version is far superior

+ It looks fantastic and I really like the doors which, unlike many other frdges I saw, don't have plastic on the top and bottom which takes away from the stainless steel look. I find that it is a relatively quiet appliance compared with others I've had. I think it looks more expensive than it actually is. The capacity is great and really well thought out with a large vegetable drawer and a good amount of storage on the door.

- I would have preferred the depth to be slightly less to make it in line with kitchen cupboards.

+ Style and quality are very good. Multi air vents in fridge mean even distribution of cold air. Love the door storage in the freezer, but they would of been better if a little deeper. Baskets in freezer are bigger then they look. They hold a lot more then I expected. This fridge freezer is a lot quieter the the hotpoint I had before.

- Not easy to change which way the door opens. You have to take off the panel on the top of the freezer which has the controls for the door switch (not a one person job). Not a lot of space in fridge for large bottles. Deep baskets in freezer make finding items hard, but if they had put in more but smaller baskets it would have taken up more of the space.

+ I've had it for about a month now. As far as what it's supposed to do I think it's performing very well. Foods kept cool and fresh and the freezers very cold. Plus I like the style (brushed steel front) and how it looks in my kitchen: very minimalistic and contemporary. The controls and indicators are inside the fridge and it works for me (don't like seeing blinking lights from the fridge door like some other models do)

- It's noisy. Although very faint, I can hear it buzzing pretty much all the time which is the reason I took two points off from the overall score. Probably because I have sensitive ears and kitchen and the open plan living room are still rather empty and the sound echoes but I do notice the noise. I think someone else mentioned the it in some previous reviews below.

- The design is great except there appears to be a substantial flaw in the way the wire protrudes from the side at the back. Its almost like its designed to deliberate damage and fray on anything to the right of the fridge freezer. It must protude out about 1 cm from the actual body of the fridge freezer. I would almost call it dangerous. Luckily we have no plans to move the item. I also think the machine is noisier than I expected, I never noticed our previous fridge freezer, but I notice the low noise from this one.

- Shelf for 2 litre bottles could be deeper but it won't topple over (unless you pull the door open VERY hard and the bottle is full) I had more than enough room (width-wise) about 2 inches more than stated dimension - the door opens fine but due to internal shelves, the freezer drawer and crisper won't pull out fully. This is not a huge problem but when you got quite a lot in the drawers - can be a pain.
