+ good and responsive touch screen, comfortable to hole and light, delighted with the amount of ways to text especially the handwriting recognition which is the very accurate.

- so far i have found no bad points with the phone apart from the accelerometer on the keyboard to keypad when you tilt the phone to change the input it works 3 out of 5 times.

+ Excellent value for money. Loads of features and very easy to navigate around. Love the qwerty keyboard when you turn the phone 90 degrees when texting.

- Everyone wants a shot! Screen can be a bit difficult to read outdoors in sunlight. Once battery indicator starts to go down there is very little time before the battery is completely empty.

+ The good points about this phone are its value for money and the features it has. It is also easy to use and not overloaded with unwanted features. The battery is also very good for a touch screen phone while others have very poor battery lives.

- I do not really have many bad things to say about this phone other than the texting is sometimes temperamental and annoying. It is easy when you are used to it though.

+ I bought this fro my daughter (11) and she loves it. Especially the games and the fact that she doesn't have to hold it to her ear to use the phone (apparently that's cool!)

- From deciding to text, it takes many manouvers to get to actually texing...so you cannot send a 'quick' text . Ie, 1)Create new message 2)Message 3)Recipient 4) To (search) 5)Name 6)Select name by entering on key pad 7)Type message 8) Send (finally!!)

+ Superb Value. Easy to understand and use, but flexible enough to offer a lot of options.

- Fat finger syndrome, using the stylus is excellent, but harder to type without it. Saved many a message trying to send as a draft, hitting wrong button. But hey the stylus makes life easy.

- So far no bad point (it is too new for that: the time will decide if it has some bad point).

+ Its really easy to use, even if you've never used a stylus before.

- it has a REALLY small memory, so without buying a mini SD card, you cant store much on it.

+ It gets really easy to use after a while, comes along with a stylus which I don't tend to use, but can be quite helpful to those whose find touch screen difficult. The camera is another great tool, with 3 megapixel which is enough for me. This phone is also incredibly light and easy to handle.

- It's battery life isn't too good, it usually have to charge it every other day, this might be because i use it more than often, but still should be able to last longer, but that's LGs for you. It also turns off every so often, but it doesn't bother me, it can also get scratched easily if you drop it.

+ Very easy to get used to navigation, even for a novice like me.

+ the looks, camera, texting options, quite small and thin. Overall a good and easy to use phone, you get use to the touch screen quickly, also it is easy to use and has good features. The calculator is good - it is a scientific one :) Very good picture editing.

- The internet is really slow. Battery life is short. Not much memory on the actual phone. Not much text message memory.

- I cant find many bad points about this phone apart from the ring tone keeps on changing back to lg's defult but thats probably just my particular phone.

- cant open many applications without the phone saying maximum number of applications reached then having to turn phone off and back on also no zoom function on camera which is disappointing it really lets the phone down also no flash so useless for pictures in the dark like on a night out

- Lags behind what you do, can't turn keypad sounds off if the phone is not set to silent and the battery goes from full to nothing really quickly often leaving me with no phone unexpectedly.

+ The features and applications built into the phone are great fun and easy to use. The touch screen takes a bit of getting used to but is great to learn and fun to use. After getting used to the phone and exploring all it has to offer, I am genuinly happy that I chose this phone- and will definatley be sticking with it!

- Though I don't mind having to charge it every night, there is not much warning of the low battery in comparison to other phones. The screen flipping to keyboard while texting sometimes is quite slow - though I think that might be due to running applications. And the PC software, while good, is a slight problem as I use a MacBook.

+ this phone is really easy to use, i didn't need to look at the booklet in order to use it at all. the camera is brilliant, which is the main reason i wanted a new phone. everything is good in my opinion

+ Very happy with the phone. So far only found the good points. The phone does everything and more that I will ever use, and is certainly easy for me a soon to be 60 year old to use. The instruction book is short and easy to follow, not hours of working things out. Very quickly got into most of the features.

+ It looks very sleek and is good value for money, as it isn't as expensive as other touch screen phones. But it doesn't lack the good quality features, such as Email or MMS that can also be found in more expensive phones.

- Because it is touch screen, it easily becomes smeared and therefore needs cleaning regularly,

+ the sound quality is really good and overall its very easy to navigate. the touch screen takes a bit of getting used to but once you are its great.

- once the first bar is gone on the battery it goes very quickly but the first bar lasts a good couple days. sometimes the touch screen doesnt respond for a few seconds. sometimes when you receive a text it comes through twice.

+ This is possibly the best value for money touch phone i've seen on the market. It's simple to use after you get the hang of it and the touch pad is quite sensative which will stop you tapping the screen too hard. The application's are both entertaining and useful, you can literally sit and play on this phone for hours.

- touch screen is sometimes non responsive, this makes texting frustrating. Not much pre-loaded onto the phone on purchase (ring tones etc) and what is there is pretty awful! Due to the large screen the battery life isn't great.

+ QWERTY keyboard option makes it easier for texting, if like me you prefer to use a proper keyboard layout. No keys to accidentally press and make calls.

- Phone sometimes locks mid conversation so if you need to use any features you have to unlock again which can take a few goes.

- Touch screen can be a little skittish at times and it sometimes doesn't switch to the 'keyboard' function when texting as you move the phone around to the horizontal as it is supposed to do.

+ LG Cookie looks really good. I like the qwerty keypad option better than the traditional text option. The stylus is nicely hidden away in the base of the phone and is easy to use.

- The touch LG's screen took a little while to get used to, I have an ipod touch and that screen is very responsive compared to the LG. The camera is a 3mp and nothing special.

+ Great value, looks sexy, good quality screen picture camera sound mp3 and video playback. Widget works well and has a nice stylus that is comfy and easy to get to. Does basically everything a phone should do and doesn't feel lacking anything. Comparable to many touch screen phones its the working mans version where it does it all and does it well but its not quite an iphone but nor does it pretend to be.

- Seems laggy when trying to type a fast text message, finger movements can be misinterpreted easily and sometimes ignored completely. Motion sensor seems unresponsive and can take unnecessary time to switch to keyboard mode when texting. Opens lots of windows without showing you them which is wasteful on ram and can take so long to cancel screens that you tap too much.

+ It has many different function with it and have many languages to choose from which is ideal for everyone. Can draw pictures and play games which is fun.

- The battery life is not so good if you prefer listen to music all the time and the battery will only last for a day.

- The phone only comes with one screen cover which does not last long as the screen is so large you do get scratches now and again. I would like to be able to change the menu colours. It would be good to have more applications.

- When making phone calls the phone locks up so when you hang up you spend extra time unlocking the phone and then pressing the hang up button. Another bad thing is that everyone has the phone, but overall the phone is good.

+ I got this phone because it looked pretty good and was free on the contract I wanted. It turned heads when I got it and was nice and fast to start off with.

- The more things you add to it; numbers, pictures, games etc the more it slows down, fast. It is easy to accidently press another button when you are texting and write a bunch of jibberish. You need nimble fingers! The camera doesnt have a flash and picture quality isnt great. If you dont use the lock function, it is incredibly easy to call people in your pocket...
