- Every time i try to download any photographs or music from anyone elses phone it says that it does not support this file format which means I can take photographs but can not receive them from anyone else. I have also tried to download music from my pc but the sound is awful I can hardly hear it. I am really disapointed and would never buy another LG phone.

- The keypad is difficult to use, its very quiet even on loud, so many times you miss calls and texts.The ringtones are awful, its very basic and the picture quality and the camera are the worst I have ever known

uh, the camera's pretty decent

- the memory is allocated so you can't have more than 150 texts total, even if you have like no music or photos or whatever. It takes ages to charge and the battery doesn't last long. When you hold it up to your ear for a call you can accidentally press the buttons unless you angle it away from your head like a weirdo. The touch screen is really sensitive sometimes and not sensitive other times, so you keep calling your voice mail when you wanted to open your outbox. The side buttons are in really weird places and you have to like angle yr wrist all weird to unlock the keypad. It's difficult to take photos of yourself because you have to touch the right button on the touch screen which you can't see... so if you're a poser it sucks =]

Sensitive touch screen can be tricky to use and I'm constantly ringing Alison by mistake as she is top of my contacts lists and I manage to press something when I'm retieving phone from my bag.

+ It was for my daughter,she wanted a slide phone with camera, bluetooth & mp3 player. It ticked all the boxes& the colour was a bonus.

- The keypad is very sensative

+ I can't really say anything bad about this phone at all.It is very easy to navigate the menu,which is a bonus for a technophobe like me.It looks good and is very simple to use.The sound quality on ring tones is very good.
I often play my downloaded tunes at home rather than have the radio on.
The only tiny downside would be the touch tone navigation pad.Not a problem for me,but could be if you are slightly heavy handed.
My daughter in law has the same phone,and thinks pretty much the same as me.
I would recommend the LG Chocolate to anyone who wants a stylish,high spec,simple to use phone.

+ The touch screen makes navigation dead easy, and the number buttons are a useful size too. It's compact and good looking and very reasonably priced for what you get.

- Some of the tools are tricky to operate - the alarm clock has a separate AM/PM button which took me a while to find!

+ It has a nice feminine look and my girl likes it very much. Its small and light.

- It can not handle pictures from phones with 3.2 megapixel cameras. therefore one can not share pictures with friends. it has very limited memory. it should have expandable memory.

+ Easy to use, but the sensitive keys are a little to sensitive at times, the easiest phone I have had to download music to, I have another phone as well and I have never managed to transfer music to that phone.

- heat sensitive control takes a bit of getting used to just a bit awkward as you have to be really careful with your fingers or you have to start all over again with texts etc.

- the screen cannot be read in daylight, the battery only lasts up to a day, overall I'm very dissapointed and would not buy this make again or recomment it.

- Because its a touch pad control you can sometimes accidentally touch it and end up where you didnt want to.

- with the phone being half touch screen, when topping up via phone buttons get pressed whilst listening to the next steps when topping up and this can void the top up meaning you have to start the process again.

- The phone has started to stick when it slides open and the screen takes time to catch up with whats been asked of it. It has crashed on more than a few occaisions and the battery has needed to be removed to bring it back again.

- This is the second LG chocolate i've had, i got rid of my first one cause the touch screen went mental and u couldn't navigate around the phone, however i have had no problems with my current handset!! i only bad thing about it is that it gets easily scratched.

- Touch pad is to sensative things alter has you fingures just pass over it. There is no memory slot to extend the memory with a micro sd card.

+ I only use mobile phones for texting and calls. I have found this phone easy to use. I particularly like the keypad which is easy to see and the automatic locking. For my use it is just right. My son has used the camera with very good results. Battery life is good.

- As I have said I do not make use of all the facilities on the phone so would find it difficult to comment on anything else. I have not found any bad points when making calls or texting. The phone is slightly fiddly to turn off but this is a minor point.
