+ good phone easy to use and great design

- poor software google maps doesnt work well and the lack of an app store makes the phone suffer compare to the iphone

+ Nice phone, nice features, great music features, excellent headphones. Easy to use once mastered all the screens and the touch sensitive.

- battery life appalling, needs apps especially for twitter. Cube display showing favourite tracks and photos does not show your details but stuff already on phone.

+ A very good alternative to an iPhone.

- Even tho there is 8Gb of memory there are limits to what you can upload to the phone.

+ The 'phone has an extensive range of features , including a great camera and video, good music player and easy internet access.

- It is an awful 'phone. The keypad is difficult to access and dialing takes an eternity.

- keeps switching itself off, i have to reset the setting every week as it stops sending me my messages and the touch screen freezes all the time

+ Once you get used to the touch you can navigate quite quickly, its great for taking pictures, Its looks nice.

- The screen switches off to quickly before completing what you want to do, the touch can be too soft sometimes and other times you have to really press it. The browser is very very slow and you cannot read it very clearly, unless you start fiddling with sizes!!! The battery life is very short, you have to keep recahrging it. The network connecction can go off very quickly and then takes ages to re adjust itself. The synchoronisation with my machine takes forever. I tried it on others just to check.

- Touch screen takes too long to recognise it has been touched, unlike the quick response from the iphone

+ The KM900 is very small and handy, I previously owned a Blackberr Storm 9530, which was twice the weight! The Since purchasing the LG Arena, I've been very pleased with it. The one major downside of the phone is the visibility of the screen in daylight. I'm got relatively poor eyesight and the screen is very dull when outdoors. Apart from this one very minor niggle, I've been very pleased with the LG Arena.

+ overall the phone is great

- one bad point is tryin to use the keypad when on a call

+ its good for music and photos has a lot of memory and u can add more memory

- battery dies fairly quickly and screen isnt always sensitive enough so hard to write texts

+ Fab product, not sure about the gripes with battery life, I admit that I'm not using wifi facilities all day long, or watching movies, but as a phone I charge it once every 4 days & its fine.

- Trying to download music files - occasionally jams - I've found that its best to ignore the in-the-box software....its a bit naff - I just open the phone as a mass storage device & drag & drop music files - much quicker

+ virtually everything, its stylish has massive memory sounds great and brill menu's to play around with

- for some reason sometimes it keeps turning off then back on after you have been on the internet

+ i like just about everythink on this phone!

+ smaller than the iphone. Just as good.

- Battery life. The display can take some time to move 90 degrees when you want to use the querty keyboard.

+ The phone is compact , but still looks the business. Everything at your fingertips. Very easy to use and feels great. anice weight to it - not to heavy that it is like a house brick, just enough to make it feel like it is a sound piece of kit.

- Transfering data via the pc is tricky. Also, the phone has a tendancy to freeze or lock up now and again, but just really a minor irritation.

- Unresponsive touch screen, difficult to use Internet browser, very poor battery life, heats up a lot when you talk too long, not really a worth iPhone competitor.

+ Size and weight make it comfortable to use as it's not too light. Texting is easier than i imagined and i like the gallery layout. I also found the navigation and keypad quite easy to get to grips with seeing as it's my first touch screen phone.

- The camera isn't that great as it takes ages to actually take the picture after the button has been pressed and the web browsing is tricky to get to grips with as you have to keep zooming in and out to use links.

+ top of the range phone relatively simple to use once you get used to not having the press button keypad easy to set up all the shortcuts to your own prefferences

- when using the phone to listen to music battery life is massivly reduced other than that nothing

+ it is a very handy phone that dont weigh very much

- it dont come with a stylis and it dont have a hole so u can put it on a thing that hangs around your neck which would be good as i am disabled

+ ITS GENERALLY A GOOD FONE, WITH OBVIOUSLY A BIG MEMORY FOR ALL THE MUSIC OR PICTURES YOU CAN TAKE. THE INTERNET IS ALSO VERY GOOD ON IT, I CAN ACCESS MY UNI EMAIL, AND CHECK MOST OF MY MESSAGES WITHOUT HAVING TO GET UP.

- IT SOMETIMES FREEZES UP, WHICH CAN BE ANNOYING. UPDATING THE PHONE IS QUITE LONG AND TEDIOUS. THE DIV X IS NOT PRE-INSTALLED AND SOMETIMES DOESN'T EVEN PLAY MOST FILES YOU WOULD EXPECT IT TO.

- No good features as no games or good applications available, Google maps are not good at all. FM transmitter is worst thing in this phone as I bought this phone for that reason but sound quality gets so horrible when played through the FM radio. Touch screen response is also not good. Handling this phone is other bad point as its slippery in the hands if hands are sweaty.

+ Nice little phone that acts like an Iphone, not as good mind you but close enough for those wanting a smaller phone with more features like full bluetooth and a good camera

- Web browsing can be a bit of a nightmare ....

+ Built in sat nav, slow-mo video camera, built in fm-transmitter.....basically it has loads of features.

- Writing texts can be frustrating but it think this is true of most touch screen phones.

+ The Arena looks stylish, feels good to hold and the wi fi connectivity is fantastic.

- One drawback is that the Arena does not work with a stylus, so it would not suit a person with chunky fingers.

+ The good things about this phone is that it's very compact and easy to use.

- The bad things about this phone is the battery life whereas I have to charge it every other day. Google maps is another when I am lost and I'm trying to find a location it takes ages to find my location to guide me. and I think the volume on the MP3 player could be a lot louder.

+ The feature aree great all of them.

- Surfing the web is time consuming and awkward. The main screen should be fully customisable

+ easy to use, very thin and looks good, brilliant camera for taking pictures and video. features of the phone are very good and easy to navigate through them.

- battery life goes quickly once you start listening to music or browsing the net.

+ Its a very goood looking phone and is really fun, the music and camera are real good(better than the cookie)

- not too much battery life,texting is hard if u have big fingers but you get used to it.

+ An excellent feature packed phone which is very easy to use. A very responsive touchscreen and the display is easy to use with crystal sharp images. Battery life is pretty good unlike some of the other comments I hear. Sound quality is excellent, especially listening to music with the earphones supplied and the dolby mobile feature is awesome. Listening to music with the headphones is the best listening experience I have encountered and is better even than an ipod which I have also experienced. Texting is very easy too. There really is nothing bad about this phone and LG have come up with a true winner here.

- There are really no bad points I can honestly think of.

+ Looks good, lightweight, good music player and nice user-freindly interface. battery seems to last forever.

- touch screen too small, touch screen too tempramental...works when it wants to. Can't seem to find additional applications for downloading to this phone..maybe because of service provider.

+ It has some good strong points like camera, mp3 and the resolution to play videos. As well it has a good qwerty pad and it's fairly easy to use.

- The applications and the annoying mail aoption that won't let me sincronise my phone with my hotmail account. :( Also it should have a better interface for the music player and a shuffle option.

- Im very disappointed with this phone, nothing works. I cant surf the net, it skips track while im listening to music, the radio will not autoscan...so much wrong with it

- when your outside you cant see the screen, the screen is very sensitive and the keys arent very big so you often press the wrong key, the camera isnt very good the picture quality is but when you take a pisture there is a delay after the shutter sound so you often miss the picture you wanted
