+ the image quality is very good and the tv looks great

- it gets screen burn some times but it goes away very fast

good connectivity scarts hdmi etc

- sound is still quite loud even on lowest setting
no picture in picture feature.
no option on remote for changing from digital tv to anologe and to scart /hdmi that is you have to go into sub menu to choose which option my other tv has button for each on remote much simpler to use (personnel preference)

+ It has easy access to all function which is very easy to understand, it is beautifully designed being sleek and slim body, plus it comes with a nice swivel stand. The picture and sound quality is a lot better than I had expected being a 50", overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

- The sound level can sometimes be loud and it seem difficult to find a happy medium

+ its all great would recommend this product to everyone, shame you don' sell it in the shops, i shop in Workington and Whitehaven where the product range is limited.

- No manual with the TV, a CD is enclosed but you have to have a printer, which i do not have. when your paying ~£800 for a TV you should get a manual.
And finally there was no Scart, co-axial cable or a HDMI lead. hankfully therewas a power lead
