LG 42LC46 Dr Reviews: 42" Screen LCD HD Ready TV

+ Although a large screen TV it does not dominate our lounge. The speakers are underneath so no extra width is needed. All instructions easy to follow and setting up was easily done. The picture and sound quality are superb.

- The piano black colour is very hard to keep clean, tends to show up any slight mark or dust regardless as to how often you clean it with the cloth provided from the supplier.

- No separate Analogue sound output so have to use a scart adapter - Not a problem if you only require optical audio.

+ I am highly delighted with the quality of this lcd tv the clarity of the picture is very good indeed, the black is black and not grey as it appears on many competitiors which i find very important i there is nothing more annoying than looking at what i call a milky screen !! It does occasionallly pixalate but not too often. overall i feel we got one of the better lcd tv s on the market today.

- The picture without a HD source is not good.
With SD it is very bad, on sky digital it is just bad.
It has no headphone socket, and the plug where the connection leads go is not well placed for wall mounting

+ Excellent price! Can't go wrong for a 42" LCD TV for this price. Picture is sharp and has good refresh rate. Lots of different inputs inc 2 HDMI & 1 VGA
