+ Very easy to set up and to adjust to own specific requirements.
Very clear labelling on TV set and on remote control.

- Greater time delay changing channels than on older analogue set. (Probably common to other brands!)

+ Stylish tv with great picture quality. Works really well doubled up as a pc monitor.

- Sound lacks depth when using built in speakers but great through a surround sound system.

- not always that easy to figure out how to attach external stuff like DvD playes (if using Scart Cable)

+ Beautiful design. Feels fairly well made. Really good menu system. Certainly has better look and feel of quality than budget Sony models. For an LCD TV, pretty good image.

- It's LCD, so has all the normal image problems of LCD TVs. Just a shame you cannot get small plasmas! Gloss black looks stunning, but will need constant dusting.

- no bad points apart from the suplied stand fixing screws and bolts,some of the screws did not appear to be compatable with the internal metal threads but once fixed they seemed securely fastened to the main
body of the television.

+ A good all round buy (in spite of the negatives listed below). Especially for someone like me who has only ever had an old fashioned traditional TV prior to this. It's a good product to make the transition with.

- Instruction book could have been 3 or 4 pages longer, some of the aspects leave you "guessing" a little.
"Lack of communication" between it and the and the digital TV recorder (it has lost the signal a couple of times). But this may be as much the fault of the digital TV recorder. Assembling the stand is a bit "fiddly",some of the screws don't go in to well.

+ great looks, image quality is very good, best to bump up the brightness, as by default the settings are too dark, i love the way the speakers are hidden in the frame of the TV, lots of connections, with a HDMI socket on the side for easy connection of PS3 if on the wall.Remote control is easy to use and well laid out, settings are easy to change from the menu.

+ Bought this set for my son mainly used for his XBOX but picture quality is good on normal TV. The set is linked up to an old eternal aerial but still receives freeview. Set up was easy the hardest part was determining which bolts went into the stand and which went into the base. The size of the screen and price was a good buy for me and he is very happy with it.

- None found as yet except maybe the instructions for which bolt to use where could have been clearer

+ I looked around before buying this TV and was happy with my choice, the sound quality is excellent and the picture with its 15000:1 contrast ratio is unbeatable.

- When in the on screen TV guide you cannot continue watching the channel you were on while searching for something else.

+ Easy to install and excellent design, together with easy to use menus. Picture quality is good, certainly for the price. Built in freeview is excellent with all channels picked up just using a loft areal, no need for a fancy digital one on the roof.
