- After inserting a colour cartridge from one of two boxes I had purchased, my printer would not accept it showing an error message that the cartridge was not compatible. The colour cartridge from the second box was accepted with no problem.

+ I've never had any other as these are recommended for my printer, and as far as I know, the only ones I can use.The results are good.

- They don't seem to last as long as the ones I used with my old printer.Maybe OK if you have a salary but on a limited pension,I think they're rather expensive.Also, I have lots of trouble getting them.

the next time i purchase a printer,i will be carefull to what make i will buy.

+ with the exception of the how long the cartridge lasted there are no bad points. However the whole idea of opting for the hi-fill was the assumption that it would last longer than normal.

- Worst is that it does not deliver any extra copies. I am assuming that something Hi-fill would have more ink than a normal cartirdge.

- the black cartrage (no.3) did not work, it showed as full but even after doing all the advice that I had been given and extra advice of others it did not work so half of the money I paid for this product was waisted. I have never had trouble with them before this one. As I had no receipt the dixons store said there is nothing they could do.
