+ it makes a lovely cup of coffee and the milk frother is easy to use and clean. even if you don't want to steam the milk the crema layer is lovely.
- the control dial feels a bit unstable.

+ Simple, easy to use.
- Warning about not overfilling the coffee filter mshould be provided. I loaded mine up as I ddi form my previous Krupps machine and got NOTHING through. It was a disaster!
