+ Makes great coffee with very little fuss
- Coffee produced is more suited to cappacino, expresso or latte... not so great for Americano as if you want a decent sized americano you end up using a couple of catridges... but hey its worth it.

+ Easy to use, makes good coffee and looks good
- I didn't realise that this basic model was not automatic and that you have to switch on and off to make coffee - would prefer just to press a button and it starts and stops as necessary - this is available but in the more expensive model.
