+ Really nice to look at.
Very easy to use once you get the hang of it.
The pods are rather expensive, but the drinks really are delicious, and if you compare it to the cost of buying from a coffee shop every day it's a bargain.

- Occasionally the milk will spurt everywhere when you take the pod out.
Seems to run out of water really fast, especially considering the side of the thimble, sorry, cup they give you.

+ I love this machine, really easy to use and clean . Gives great coffee and hot chocolate and I even use it for hot water only to make tea. My kettle has been banished to the utility room. Also looks great and funky in the kitchen.

- Sometimes the drink is not quite hot enough which means you drink it too quick.
