+ lovely coffee, hot chocolat.Everyone (familly,friends) were impressed by the quality. Favourite was the latte.
Easy to clean compare to simular product.

- have to be careful to put water container ,difficult to assess if it is on properly as it would leak .

- The pods don't always work so you have to use another which makes the cost of the drinks quite high

+ Looks good, coffee tastes great (especially Latte Machiatto) certainly as good as Starbucks etc.
