- coffee very expensive

+ Quick, easy, good flavours.

- Limited to what types of coffee you can buy. The milk capsules contain sugar. Quite expensive to buy the capsules and are wasteful in terms of the amount of rubbish.

+ Easy to fill, rapid boil. Stylish looks. Looks sturdy and well made. Better than other makes previously owned -some far more expensive. Quality at a reasonable price

+ Easy to use, heats water efficiently, tabs are widely available...a brilliant soical novelty!!!

- It's up to you to know how much of each tab is fully saturated (unless you use a measuring jug)...leaving the water running any longer makes the drink watery.

- Water does not seem to be at boiling point, so coffee is not as hot as I would like

+ makes a lovely cup.of.coffee what ever you decide to make

- to me there.are.no.bad.points sppot on;

+ Makes delicious coffee/chocolate in seconds - easy to use when you know how, my children make their own drinks.

- pods for the coffee are quite expensive

+ Heats water instantly, so a very quick and tasty cup of coffee/hot chocolate.

- Drinks not as hot as out of a kettle, but much, much nicer and loads cheaper than Costa or Starbucks!
