+ Looks 'the bizz' Image quality great. Gives results of far more expensive cameras.
- None really, a bit of a niggle is that the lens cover pops off easily but thats just really looking for a problem
I have had some great comments from friends who have assumed that this is an expensive digital SLR (non photographer friends)Taken some fantastic wildlife stills, told good enough for competitions!

- poor fit of lens cap on lens hood (plastic) - I would look to replace th hood in particilar with a rubber model.
Great camera with enough scope for the beginner as well as the enthusiastic amateur.

+ Manual operation very good and flexible. Good list of features and modes. Image quality excellent. Zoom is very good - even digital provides excellent images.
- I have so far found no seriously bad faults except at the moment I am finding battery life poor. This may be a battery problem - it is too early to tell. Lens cap is very easy to detach accidentally. Low light capability could be better but is acceptable.
A good all round camera and excellent value for money.

+ Great, light and easy to handle camera. Nice big LCD screen! Easy to undertsand and access features. Very pleased.
- The lens cap comes off all the time - its a very light fit.Presumably designed like this because lens pops out when camera turned on (lens then pops off).
On the whole a good buy and very pleased. Can't stop using it!

+ 6MB pixels which is pretty cool and 10x optical zoom is just perfect.
- bulky not suitable for taking snaps in night out parties. auto white balance settting is sort of annoying. Also easyshare software is not that necessary but still let my pc hang.
