Ken, Cotswolds , “Great commercial/event photographer”

+ The appearance of the frame and the picture quality are its best features.

- The instructions and software provided. I'm a professional photographer so work on the computer with pictures all the time. It took me at least a couple of wasted hours to try to load images into the inbuilt memory - the main reason I paid more for this product for my client. Every time I thought I'd managed it the process aborted before loading them all. I had resized all images (not even mentioned in the manual) and ensured the aggregate file sizes were much less than the frame's capacity. I can imagine anyone not fully familiar with manipulating digital images will give up and take the thing back to where they bought it. In the end I gave up and put the images on a card.

+ It works as a basic frame

- Claims to be compatible with Apple Mac OS 10, but this actually requires registration with Kodak, which has so far proved impossible despite a months worth of effort.
