+ Light weight, good attachments

- Falls over when pulling due to design. Suction is appalling - it does not work properly!!

+ Its light and easy to use - especially on laminate floor. We bought it mainly for cleaning our cars as it is easy to carry and manoeuvre. Its very good for the stairs too.

- The strength of vacuum is not great for carpets - but we have another vacuum for this.

+ its VERY stylish for a vacuum cleaner! Very good suction.

- It cannot hold all the items (accessories) on the actual cleaner unit.

- the cable is way to short not enough to do from 1 room to other like my previous hoover, also everytime you pull it along it turns over so yr having to stop to go and put it upright. ive had a lot of hoovers in my time they mainly being upright this is the first and last time that i would buy an hoover like this. it certainly wasnt worth the money.

- it often falls over as it can not turn corners, and was a little dissapionted that they was no on board storage for the tools that came with this product.

- Dont like the metal shaft that attaches to the hose. Never really think that is quite as good as using plastic to plastic. The handle shape dosnt allow ease of use if you are not using the metal adaptor so makes it difficult to hoover stairs and skirting boards.

+ the product is generally fantastic, its got a great suction on the filters. The hose is alot longer than it's competetors ang the cord rewind actually works even if theirs a kink in the cord.

- The only thing I can think that could be a disapointment is that it does have a tendensy to tip over if you pull it too hard. I would just like to see the wheel at the front to be sturdier maybe.
