+ I like the fact that you have a few different settings, so you can toast the bread, defrost it and so on, its reliable, you can set it really easily to the perfect level of browning that you like and it is always the same. It also matches quite the majority of kettles and other stainless steel kitchen items because it has a very modern look.
- The buttons on the unit haven't got any words that say what they do, so you need to read the manual properly before use to know what they do, the pictures on them aren't obvious! Thats all i've found wrong with it so far!

Toast is partialy burnt on one side and virtually untouched on the other side.
To obtain a slice of normally toasted bread it is necessary to insert the bread a total of four times to reach the area which is being toasted.

- very slow to cook my toast.infact takes 4 minutes and the toast comes out too hard and not evenly browned. if i could find the receipt i would take it back!
