+ Chops food well
- Glass jug is too heavy. On reflection it would have been better to get a smaller machine. Not easy to clean and it has developed a bad smell that has been hard to get rid of.
On reflection had I realised what the construction was really like I would have used my liquidiser, which would have done just as good a job and is easier to clean. I wish I hadn't purchased the machine on reflection.

- large and heavy item need large kitchen or storage space.

+ Well made product, none of this plastic rubish that is made made to look stong. Has a stainless Steel body with glass jug. Very good capactiy, will smoothie anything!!! spend a bit more and get this one!!!
- Ice takes a bit long to crush (sometimes need to add water) but its realy good when does. Thick smoothies take time to pour out of tap but just use the spout from the jug to pour.
