mirror glass window very difficult to keep smudge free

The handle isn't plastic

It looks like brushed metal but is actually silver plastic which is very disappointing. The interior is very small and you cannot use the stand with anything much larger than a small dish on it as its too shallow. The number pad to programme it has to be pressed quite hard to make it recognise the number. Overall very disappointing, wish I'd picked a different one completely !!!

at my age (78) i was somewhat apprehensive about the controls. i neednt have worried they are quite simple to use and understand.

i would have preferred a clear window view of the food (especially liquids ) because its not always possible to stick rigidly to operating times and avoid spillage. other than that i am satisfied.

Can be a bit complex to use as it requires unit weights to be factored-in to the cooking time of a product. Door handle doesn't appear to be built to withstand the rigours of regular use. However only time will prove this.

Like the pull handle. Quick and easy to use. large plate makes heating easy.

Took me a short time to realise you had to press "microwave" to use the number pad. Instructions a bit involved and not easy to read re the cooking side.

Fine looking machine but the door handle fell off after two day on my microwave, amd the second one I purchased for my mother , that handle fell off after five days, could not be bothered to return it. We have just stuck handle back on, just not very well. so would not purchase this type again

the microwave works well and is effective

it is rather hard to get used to and referal to th handbook is constantly needed
